Tab Trade — The Short Version
TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Trading platform incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the FMA-regulated broker.
That last detail tells you something. It says the leadership has actually done this before. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. But more reassuring than someone with no brokerage experience.
They launched with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. Tab Trade went the other way. Not the typical playbook.
Market coverage: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, stock CFDs, crypto, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For a broker that is a few months old, the breadth is not narrow.
Platforms
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. Many only give you one or the other. Getting both matters. You are not locked into one.
MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, you know exactly what you are getting.
cTrader is the cleaner option. Better depth of market. Faster charting. cBot support. Many people find it more natural after using both.
Direct FIX connectivity is offered for automated strategies but needs the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is said to be on the roadmap. That should round things out when it arrives.
Costs
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Straightforward. $0 to start. Suits beginners.
Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your real cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade does not.
VIP account. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, faster fills, custom pricing. Not something most retail traders. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.
Infrastructure
This is the thing TabTrade stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. The average platform operate at hundreds of milliseconds.
Should you care? If you scalp, absolutely. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you will not notice. The point is they invested in proper execution. That is what kind of broker this is.
Put together that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and the total package is strong. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.
Regulation
This is the thing that requires honesty. Tab Trade is licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No investor compensation scheme. If that is a problem for you, stop reading. Plenty of tier-1 alternatives out there.
That said. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement is not cheap. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. This does not make it safe. It does inform how you think about it.
What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that is worth it comes down to your priorities.
Deposit Bonus
TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Typical welcome offer. You put money in, they credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before funding.
